1337 BitTorrent user sued for illegal distribute popular anime , 「ONE PIECE」.
FUNimation , an American entertainment company that distributes animes had filed a lawsuit to sue about 1337 BitTorrent user for copyright infringement.
The episode 481 of "ONE PIECE" ,「エース救出！白ひげ最後の船長命令！」 were illegal distrubuted by some BitTorrent user. The distributer do this illegal activities by sharing it into the internet via BitTorrent , a peer to peer file sharing protocol.The incident happen on between January 9 and January 12 .
The lawsuit summary.The suit list defendants by the IP address of the host and their Internet Service Provider.
The lawsuit identifies three website that illegally distributing the "ONE PIECE" anime.
FUNimation ask court to stop the defendants from now and future illegal distribution of the anime . If the defendants has a copy of the media in their PC or hard disk without copyright , the defendants will be forced to erase it.
